2. Literally told me she'd be rushing through the process since we got a late start. I asked her if she'd prefer me to reschedule, but she rejected that idea. I also asked if quality would be lessened, she said no.

I exited the office with my children calm and composed, but FUMING. Hence the extensive con sections.

And I don't think that's too much to ask!

Diana's hands were SHAKING profusely, and when the needle was inserted, she was WIGGLING it!

Never again will I have her insert any needle into any of my children.

1. Told me she put a temporary GRAY filling in (instead of the expected white composite) AFTER it was already done.

However, she's my daughter, and I knew better.

CON #1: Dr Feldman did not take my daughters nasal discharge issue seriously enough. And she diagnosed her with having allergies, then simply gave her meds for it.

Since Dr. Reddy moved to your office; I have never once got in at my scheduled appointment time. Additionally now that he has switched over to your office, I have had several issues with getting my prescriptions refilled on time. I called in 2 refills as well as called the office and left a message asking to have my Aderall prescriptions to pick up/get refilled on Monday 11/23/16. However when I went to pick up the two refills aside from the Aderall one, they only had one ready due to no response on your end 48 hours later. Further more your message says within 72 hours for controlled substances and I have still not received a call letting me know my scripts are ready to pick up and I will be out tomorrow. . Going days with out the medications can make me extremely sick. Yet that does not seem to be a priority for you. As a patient with Bi-Polar Depression, Anxiety and ADHA (which I have been taking for the past 5 years) so to go even a day with out it makes me sicker than I have ever been. Considering these highly additive medication that was prescribed to me this is it is absolutely asinine that the doctor would not be more proactive on getting these ready. This in result heightens my anxiety more than normal. Due to the fact that almost every month I seem to have some sort of issue and have to worry constantly whether or not I will receive my medicine in time. That is why I called over a week ago to make sure this would not happen. As much as I understand the large client load, this is the doctors job to make sure these types of things do not happen. The patient load shouldn't be more than a doctor can handle/be able to recognize that the medication he prescribes is not medicine that we can go days with out. This is one of the biggest anxiety I have and its outrageous how much money and time I have to put into managing my mental health which right now is almost unbearable. I would hate to have to send this further up the pipeline but if the patient load is too much for your office, then downsize. You getting money should not be more important than our mental health.

Unfortunately, the only other providers that cover my insurance in the area suck even MORE. I'm going to have to visit another neighboring city to see if another dental office provides professional, quality & detailed work.

(Note: All three of my children have seen doctor Feldman for medical, and now Alan Ullman)

They have a new female African-American dentist (I don't know her name), and while she was professional and courteous, she

This is a health clinic, that being said I think Centerpoint does a pretty good job for a clinic. We've only had to wait longer than 15 minutes 2 times. Anytime I've needed records etc. I can call and they'll either fax them or have them ready for the next time I come in. Dr. Feldman and Dr. Santa are great. Dr. Feldman is always patient and takes our concerns seriously. Remember this is a sliding scale clinic, and I think they've really tried to go above what people's ideas of "free clinics" are.

And instead of carefully inserting the needle, she just plain old stabbed her with it.

So, after being told by SEVERAL medical professionals to get her seen by an ENT specialist, I did. They then referred us to Children's Hospital in Liberty to get the allergy testing done. And lo and behold, NOT. ONE. ALLERGY.

CONS: It seems like just a job to 80% of them... but they do it. Which is always nice. lol

And on April 13th, 2017 at 9:15, Diana took things too far by making my infants immunizations extra miserable.

I absolutely love this place my 5 kids and myself go there. The doctor's there are awesome. Sometimes you do have to wait, but with how many people they do see I don't think it's an outrageous wait. Dr. Feildman is amazing my kids are comfortable with her. And they all see her. Dr. Santa is who I see and she is also amazing. I've very comfortable with her she's very easy to talk to, and she's definitely tries to help me with my anxiety, and other issues.

CON #2: A stressed out and rude immunizer named Diana.

I visit both locations (Franklin and Middletown) to maximize my chance for getting an earlier appointment. And for three or four times now, I've had to deal with rudeness coming from this woman.. and it's ALWAYS her.

I know being a doctor is a "practice" and all, but Feldman should've known to refer out.... I never did get her blessing either.

Dental Side Only:

I would've given C.H. 4 stars, if not for the cons I'm about to list.

I see Dr Ullman there and like him as well as Centerpointe. I only go every 6 months for follow ups but have never had a bad experience

To make a long story short, my daughter was misdiagnosed by Feldman, seen three or four times by the ENT in Centerville and had an nasal adenoid removal surgery at Children's two months later.

Medical Side Only: If you have CareSource and are looking for competent doctors who will treat your children with kindness and respect, GO HERE.

She seemed content to write her out a bunch of meds, which I'm not a fan of.

Like, seriously.. how exactly do you rush through a filling? The only answer is to sacrifice quality.
